Fundamentals

A 6 week program designed to teach you the basics of asana (postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation.

Gentle classes will build strength, flexibility and confidence in your yoga practice.

We will cover standing poses, gentle back bends, forward bends, shoulder opening, hip opening and twists.

This course is designed for complete beginners or those wanting to go back to basics.

Where? Anella Yoga Studio, North Grange Industrial Estate, Devoran, Truro TR3 6RF

What do I need? Just yourself, an open mind and maybe a bottle of water. All props are provided
