ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE & DESCRIPTIONS
Online classes are streamed through Zoom.
Zoom is a free app which you can download onto your phone, tablet or computer.
To book please click the button below which will take you to the booking system we share with LIFT Gym TeamUp. If you have used TeamUp before you can login, if not you will need to sign up. Once you are logged in you will be able to see the calendar, book your class and pay online.
Please ensure you complete an online PARQ form. You should be prompted to do this before booking your first class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
6:30pm - 7:30pm
Vinyasa Flow Yoga will strengthen and stretch your body as well as challenging you to explore the possibilities within.
Classes are 60 minutes long and consist of dynamic flows designed to create heat and detoxify your body, deep stretches and opening poses followed by a short meditation to leave you feeling blissed out.
This class is suitable for all abilities however if you are a complete beginner you may prefer to start with a Slow Flow Vinyasa class.
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

A slower paced vinyasa class with more emphasis on alignment. This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a slower paced class.
