Beginner Slow Flow
Our Beginner's Slow Flow is a gentle introduction to vinyasa yoga that focuses on alignment, breath and meditation to help you build confidence within your yoga practice.
Experience the benefits of yoga each week whilst being guided through a relaxing class that strengthens the body and mind, to help you feel your best.
This class is appropriate for beginners or those of you who would like to move more slowly through your postures and take time to focus on alignment.
Gentle Evening Flow
A warming but gentle wind down flow exploring mindful movement and breath to release any stuck tension in the body that may have build up over the day .
The class will include a mix of pranayama, mantra, mudra and guided meditation to reset your energy body and calm the mind.
Suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike, options and alternatives given throughout to support your practice.
Slow Flow + Crystal Bowls
A gentle flow class, connecting to the breath. This class also explores deep stretches, balancing postures, pranayama and meditation. The class will wind down to an extended savasana accompanied by pure quartz + Crystal Tones Alchemy crystal bowls.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
A breath based, mindful movement practice to bring you home to your body.
In Slow Flow classes the postures are held for several rounds of breath. This allows you to really explore the posture and your alignment.
The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind.
Slow Flow is great for beginners and those that prefer a slower paced class.
Let your creativity flow with playful movements sequenced for grounding and energising your body and soul. Discover your strength and find your balance through carefully curtated flowing shapes and postures that support your yoga journey on and off the mat. Feel energised and inspired with an underlying hum of calm cultivated together as we flow.
If you are a beginner it is recommended that you attend Beginner Yoga or Slow Flow Vinyasa before attending Dynamic Vinyasa.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga will strengthen and stretch your body as well as challenging you to explore the possibilities within.
Classes are 60 minutes long and consist of dynamic flows designed to create heat and detoxify your body, deep stretches and opening poses followed by a short meditation to leave you feeling blissed out.
If you are a complete beginner you may prefer to start with our Beginner's Slow Flow or Slow Flow.
