Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

10:00 - 11:00


18:15 - 19:15

A slower paced vinyasa class with more emphasis on alignment. This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a slower paced class. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga


18:15 - 19:15

Vinyasa Flow Yoga will strengthen and stretch your body as well as challenging you to explore the possibilities within. 

Classes are 60 minutes long and consist of dynamic flows designed to create heat and detoxify your body, deep stretches and opening poses followed by a short meditation to leave you feeling blissed out.  

This class is suitable for all abilities however if you are a complete beginner you may prefer to start with a Slow Flow Vinyasa class or Beginners Yoga Course.

Gentle Evening Flow


19:00 - 20:15

A warming but gentle wind down flow exploring mindful movement and breath to release any stuck tension in the body that may have build up over the day .


The class will include a mix of pranayama, mantra, mudra and guided meditation to reset your energy body and calm the mind.


Suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners alike, options and alternatives given throughout to support your practice.

Yin Yoga


18:15 - 19:15

Yin is a profoundly nourishing and introspective practice. You will learn about energy lines in the body (meridians) and their relationship to our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Each week you'll be guided through a practice of long held postures so that you can begin to explore qualities of a Yin practice and its benefits.

The perfect way to wind down at the end of the week.

Always suitable for beginners.


Physio Led Pilates


10:00 - 11:00

Pilates incorporates exercise to enhance strength, balance and flexibility whilst incorporating a mind and body connection and developing a deeper awareness of body and movement.


The class is a whole body movement and conditioning practice and will guide you through a sequence of Pilates exercises with appropriate progression and modification to ensure the class caters for all whilst providing a more challenging class for those who want it.


Dynamic Vinyasa


09:30 - 10:30

A rhythmic flow class that encompasses breathwork and mindful dynamic movement set to music.

Exploring mudra, chanting, meditation & asana to find fluidity in the body and soul.


Intermediate class.

If you are a beginner it is recommended that you attend Slow Flow Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow before Dynamic Vinyasa.
