Vinyasa Flow Yoga
18:00 - 19:00
Vinyasa Flow Yoga will strengthen and stretch your body as well as challenging you to explore the possibilities within.
Classes are 60 minutes long and consist of dynamic flows designed to create heat and detoxify your body, deep stretches and opening poses followed by a short meditation to leave you feeling blissed out.
This class is suitable for all abilities however if you are a complete beginner you may prefer to start with a Slow Flow Vinyasa class or Beginners Yoga Course.
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga
10:00 - 11:00
A slower paced vinyasa class with more emphasis on alignment. This class is suitable for beginners and those who prefer a slower paced class.
This challenging 75 minute class consists of dynamic flows designed to create heat and detoxify the body, deep stretches, opening poses, back bends and inversion play.
Expect to get strong and sweaty as you flow from one pose to the next, connecting with your breath, in this powerful and energetic class.
If you are a beginner it is recommended that you attend Slow Flow Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow before Power Vinyasa.
Hatha Yin with Geena
Hatha Yin is a blend of Yang Hatha practice, exploring poses and breath and a more stilling Yin practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of the mind and body stresses. The main aim of Hatha Yin is to create balance between internal and external energies and to revitalise the the body, mind and spirit complex, developing strength and flexibility in muscles and tendons. Open to all levels.
Restorative Yin Yoga (Monthly Special)

A deeply relaxing 90 minute class where you are encouraged to draw your attention inwards. Classes consist mainly of seated/supine postures that are held for 2-5 minutes as well as meditation to start and close the practise. The use of props is encouraged to ensure you are as comfortable as possible.
Suitable for all abilities and especially those who like to be still and unwind.
