8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course
Laura Howard, of Evolve Mindfulness and Coaching, will be teaching the much acclaimed 8 week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction course at Anella Yoga studio in Spring 2020.
There are many ways to learn Mindfulness but the 8 week course is the most widely researched and evidenced based approach. The MBSR course helps to cultivate new skilful
ways of dealing with what goes on in our bodies, minds and lives.
In addition to the meditation exercises there is also teaching around healing stress, relaxation and stress management as well as applying mindfulness to interpersonal communication.
The course has evidence to support its effectiveness with:
Stress from parenting
Anxiety and panic attacks
Chronic pain and fatigue
An overall sense of wellness
The course will run on Wednesday's 10:00am-12:15pm from April 15th 2020 - 10th June 2020.
